Your Role as Sales Manager – North America
As Sales Manager – North America, you will be responsible for growing SAMON’s market share across the region.
You’ll develop relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners while executing strategic sales initiatives.
This role offers a high level of autonomy and requires a proactive, results-driven approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth – Identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Account Management – Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Customer Support & Technical Consultation – Provide guidance on SAMON’s products, offering pre- and post-sales support.
- Quoting & Order Management – Manage proposals, quotations, and order processing for North American customers.
- Market Expansion & Strategy – Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to increase brand presence and revenue.
- Collaboration – Work closely with global colleagues in other international locations.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the HVAC/refrigeration industry.
✔ Proven experience in sales and account management within the HVAC, refrigeration, or gas detection industry.
✔ Strong technical understanding of refrigerant gas detection or related technologies.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a focus on relationship-building.
✔ Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
✔ Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
✔ Willingness to travel across North America).
