Information for Clients

During the relocation period, production will run at reduced capacity in week 36 and week 37.

We are doing our utmost to minimize any disruptions, but longer lead times should be expected during this time.

Our sales and support teams will remain available throughout the move to assist you as needed.

To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders as early as possible and planning for extended lead times during the transition period.

This move is an important step in enhancing our capabilities and continuing to deliver advanced gas detection solutions and dependable support.

Information for Suppliers

To ensure that deliveries reach us correctly, please update our address in your records to the new location starting week 38.

If a delivery cannot arrive before the end of week 35 (August 29), please coordinate with your SAMON contact to plan accordingly during week 36 and 37, as we might not be able to recieve deliveries during the move.

We will be able to recieve deliveries as normal – on our new address from September 15, 2025.
