Your Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in creating and managing marketing content that aligns with SAMON’s brand identity. You’ll work on projects ranging from graphic design to digital content, supporting campaigns that engage global audiences.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be like an octopus—juggling multiple tasks at once!

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, visual assets, and translations tailored for international audiences in collaboration with your colleagues in Sweden, France, Spain, and the USA.
• Product Manuals: Develop and update product manuals/datasheets to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the SAMON brand, while also supporting the needs of our international markets.
• Social Media Management: Keep our social media channels vibrant and engaging with regular updates, creative campaigns, and localized content.
• Website Updates: Maintain and enhance our website to reflect the SAMON brand while ensuring content aligns with the needs of a global audience.
• Digital Advertising: Assist in managing online advertising campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns for different markets.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including international colleagues, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing efforts across various regions and languages.
• Exhibitions: Assist in planning and executing exhibitions

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally 3–5 years in B2B marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in managing social media platforms and basic website maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a bonus.
